I was playing foosball one day and someone wanted to watch TV with the lights off. This was hard since I wouldn't be able to see the ball or the players very well. Logically I tried to come up with a way to please everyone. If they had glow in the dark players with a glow in the dark ball this would
work out fine. Also since you can make different Glow in the dark colors you could fix it so you would have different colors for different teams. I tried to look for this on the internet and couldn't find anything. It could very easily be already done. If anyone knows please tell me. thanks

Do it up yourself with glow in the dark paint. Just buy three cans (one for each team and one for the ball), take apart your table and paint them. For added coolness, you could install a circumferential neon tube on the inside of the table, like the ones the dudes put under their cars. OK - now you're scared; forget the neon. Just paint them and let us know how it worked. |

Since the effective frame rate of the human vision system plummets in low light, playing a fast game like foosball would be rendered virtually impossible with glow-in-the-dark game elements. It would be very, very hard to anticipate anything. |
