Conversation between psychologist and AI for skynet consequences.

Mainly a tense chabot conversation interspersed with sections of Aleutian test, human's being cruel, Human's being the happiest of their lives. A deep search into the unknown complexity that we all feel and think.

Edit (further additions) The psychologist has just come out of locked in syndrome after a military experimental treatment. The plot twist is the AI was developed using his/her brainwave patterns from the treatment.

Maybe a Down's to act as superego to keep things real and add some lighter moments. He/she could come in at awkward moments (a countdown) just like Robert Kelly.

It would be a nice feature to have the plot structure open so different screenwriters or directors could have a go at their take on the situation.

completely irrelevant, but I'm drunk. [Voice, Mar 23 2017]

Not a lot of action in this flick, is there? Or is the AI in charge of, say, missile defense?

"Would you like to play a game?"

The timing is interesting. I spent the day being grilled by a potential customer who may contract us to build a small subsystem of a missile defense system.

Yes, "us". I committed all of you, figuring you wouldn't mind helping.

I'm happy to contribute a MaxCo. Guidance Randomizer. There is nothing more terrifying to an enemy than a missile whose direction isn't even known to the people that launched it.

Actually, if each nuclear power had 20% of its missiles set to unknown, unknowable random targets worldwide, it would shift the current balance of fear. Possibly for the better.
MaxwellBuchanan, Mar 23 2017

At MaxCo., clearly the 'H' in 'H Bomb' stands for 'Heisenberg'. Why stop at 20% randomization? If ALL the bombs could turn around and blow up the sender, that would surely be a deterrent, except in the case of truly maniacal maniacs, who are well known to be bulletproof and ten feet tall...until they aren't.

say... say... say... what you want, but don't leave me...

It could be a conversational piece about the grey areas. Bad can give good and good can sometimes wreak havoc. Endings could range from a random godly act fries the computation to a charred black silent sphere hanging in space.

Debussy might be right for an AI slightly sad conversation about the time lost due to being 'locked in'.

Dr. Freud wakes up from the Matrix, and starts to psychoanalyze Agent Smith...

       'It's the smell...'

'And how does that make you feel...'

'Feeling is part of the stench...'
RayfordSteele, Mar 25 2017

       And the thought.
