A healthy alternative to traditional cigs. It's possible to include some tobacco with the herbs. The light, flaky pastry can be lit like a regular cig and inhaled so long as it continues to burn. (Kind of like smoking toast with buttered herbs.)

I would think you could eat the rest when you are done.

I would think the butter might produce some serious flame.

NO,no butter in the cig, just akin to *toast with buttered herbs*!

Needs a spittoon of sorts rusting in the corner of the saloon.

Umm, pastry dough and bread dough are different .... maybe a sort of ciabatta cigarette would be possible ...

We suggest the pastry cigarette is marketed under the "King Alfred" brand name.

This is actually my response to all the silly pasta ideas of late--- I wanted to make a pasta cig, but just couldn't bring myself to do it.

Just smoke Swisher Sweets or Kahula Cigars and chase it down with some Jack Daniels or Baileys like I sometimes do. Just make sure you can still see straight down the pool stick at the cue ball and that nothing is spinning or moving before you take your next shot though (there should only be 1 pool stick and 1 cue ball when you're lining up your next shot), that's the definition of responsible drinking and smoking.

       ...maybe I'll just go Pastafarian.

I don't smoke, but I know a lot of people who do. It really smells bad. I think herbs and pastry would smell nice, even if some tobacco was mixed in.
