caffeinated cigarette

Given that most smokers will have a fag/cigarette with a cup of coffee/coke/tea, and the number of other caffeinated products out there (see thinkgeek.com <admin - link moved to link area> for a selection). Why not offer a product that will kill two vices in one shot, i propose the caffeinated cigarette. Bearing in mind that cigarette production already uses a system of stripping most the chemicals from the tobacco and then reintroducing them later in the construction of the cigaratte why not spice the whole thing up by lobbing some caffine in there two. Its not like they are short of additives anyway.

Perfect for those vampire hour coding runs.

       Not sure caffine is needed since nicotine already seems to give cigrette smokers more energy. I think it would be too much.
