Spaghettiboo is lengths of pasta that resemble lengths of bamboo, including of course the characteristic nodules.

Being hollow, they can be used to soak up all kind of sauce and other goodies, just like ravioli.

SpaghettiOs are merely processed Spaghettiboos. I thought everyone knew this. The notches are canned as 'B' grade, freeze dried, and packaged in MREs.

How would you make it? Bulges are not exactly extrusion friendly. Plus nature has that whole look the same but have tiny differences thing. This product is going cost a large chunk of bread if hand sculptured.

Use some kitchen chemistry and form the noodle around something that will expand it when cooked.

Easily made with a variety of two part moulds, using either a centre spine to create the hollow, or rapid rotation about the central axis.
