<asleep, face first, in a Sonoran dessert> |
|
|
I dunno. With camels and palm trees and mirages, deserts always had plenty enough to incentivize me to learn them when I had to worry about that kind of thing. And it seems to me that a Sahara Dessert should be dry, rather than creamy. |

The top would have a dry dusting of sugar, with an oasis of creamy cinnamon custard underneath the Brulée'd crust, and a palm tree sticking out of the middle. |

"Ooh, what are those little things that

Classic halfbaking. Pointless, silly and a killer punchline. There are not enough buns in my cupboard for this one. I'm off for now - the next idea can only disappoint. |

Good, but i would like to insist on ecological accuracy
and exclude non-invasive cacti from non-American
desserts, camels from American ones and so on, and
maybe have ecologically utopian and realistic
alternatives. |

well, the dessert will have a candy palm tree. goes will with fish couscous. |

Oh, the buzzing of the bees in the cigarette trees
