To a standard building, fit flexible weathertight panel squares on all sides which can be folded origami-style into whatever shapes seem appealing and are within the skill of the rooms' creators. When guests are invited to stay, they can create their own flavour of accommodation and it all folds neatly
away again once they've gone.
