Nature show: Fact or Fiction?

The slimy blockfish is fascinating, but is it even real?

Eye-opening, educational nature documentary mini-series except half are completely made up. Some of the frauds use real footage with increasingly false information, some use high quality special effects and weave wildly believable new worlds. Not even the narrator can be informed of which one is which to avoid bias. The answer isn't at the end, if you want to know then you've got to do your own research.

The Colugo - Is it real or is it CGI? https://img-9gag-fu...911WWZ_460svav1.mp4
Absolutely looks like a pet you'd see in Star Wars. [AusCan531, Feb 14 2022]

I swear I had a somewhat, kind of similar idea today from a popup ad that featured some very realistic fake animals. I was thinking of just having a contest to see how many people could be fooled into believe in them, like Bigfoot or whatever.

Just curious, did you see that ad with the dogs looking at these weird crab/frog/octopus like creatures?

If not that's a very weird coincidence. [+] by the way.

       Sasquatch is real.

       As you were.

If you believe in the simulation he's about as real as anything else.

I assume it's a he. If not my apologies to Ms Sasquatch.

My guess is that the //Nature show// as described is made up.

The vast majority of Aussies are such lowgrade morons that I can see the Koala becoming a mythical beast. Whereas the Aussies once made plans to cull Koalas from a crowded island, they are now listed as endangered in large parts of Australia.
