The theme park at which you can play the part of a homunculus inside a giant human model and reenact medieval theories of biochemistry, psychology, perception and cognition.
Russian budget announcement re: 200th Anniversary of Borodino.
http://government.r...iorities/docs/9785/ Should be spectacular. I am also given to understand that French Napoleonics re-enactors are going to do the full march to the battle site. Achey feet or what! [DrBob, Jan 31 2012]

Ideally, within each Homunculi World (i.e. Homunculi Paris, Homunculi Florida etc) you'd need a smaller recursive Homunculus, in which would need to be deposited another, smaller Homunculus, until it was Homunculesses all the way down. |

|
[edit - actually, no if the people are doing the homunculisation, then it's probably fine] |

On the topic of <theme>lands - did you hear the news that the French are considering opening Napoleonland?! |
|
|
Hmm - I don't fancy the recreation of Napoleon's invasion of Russia when 90% of his army died. It's a real shame that trains to France no longer go from Waterloo station in London. Running a
Waterloo-Napoleonland service would have been excellent. |

Ney, Ney, shirley not ? Just the sort of place to make visitors Grouchy. |

Of course it may not be true. It's as well to take these suggestions with a pinch of Soult .... |

[DrBob] Ah yes, the Numskulls - truly the finest exploration of the concept of homunculi - I'd forgotten about them. Metaphysics for children. |

Indeed, politics has its quarks. |

Does it have to be only medieval theories? Could
there be a Chinese Room? |
|
|
Ah yes! Thanks, [mouseposture] - I'd forgotten about the Chinese Room argument (linked). This theme park is suddenly becoming a whole lot more intellectual. |
