This would allow you to report things on the map like dead skunks, cannabis retailers, or cattle trucks so folks have a chance to roll up their windows, switch their AC to recirculation mode (this does actually help mitigate road smells quite a bit) or divert around it.

This should show nice smells too. I grew up near a large coffee-roasting and grinding place, which often smelt amazing over an area of several nearby streets. I now live near a brewery which gives a large area of town a delicious malty aroma on days when they're brewing. |
