Assuming it could be sneaked into the ISIS supply
chain.. Google is probably working on a drone for
that.
Version 1 is a bullet which is just large enough to
enter the chamber of an AK47, but too large to go
down the barrel. Ver 2 is one with non-burning
powder, ver 3 is one with an explosive
instead of a
propellant, ver 4 is the fiddly one, the detonator sits
over a teeny shaped charge that melts the firing
pin.
Associated propaganda is air drops of photos of
whoever it is selling the guns to ISIS saying "these
people took money to sabotage the ammunition".
Plan z is to just make a huge suction device that
removes all the oil from underneath these
countries, no oil=no money for weapons.

We don't 'need' oil. Do away with that infrastructure and much of the worlds problems go with it, but that is not in the best interests of... all sorts of extremely self-serving individuals, so the process of separating from gas and oil is being stalled. It's quite criminal. |

I was thinking more of into slipping doctored up doses of
the amphetamine Captagon pills which ISIS is apparently
using by the millions to keep its fighters hyped up and
alert. A Saudi prince was recently arrested trying to
smuggle 2 tonnes of these pills in his private plane. |
|
|
We need to put in a non-lethal, but cumulative dose of
poison into these pills so once any particular ISIS fighter
has ingested several hundred of these over a few weeks
they mysteriously expire. Hard to trace and a lot less
dangerous to the indigenous civilian population than air
strikes. |

Of more pertinence to your post, I remember reading
about a Nazi-sympathizer working in a British munitions
factory during WW2 (I think) who apparently would
occasionally make an over-sized shell for use in British
aircraft. He is estimated to have been responsible for
the mysterious deaths of untold British pilots. |

A better plan would be to give ISIS the real ammo,
and send the duds to American recreational
massacrists. |
|
|
Just make every 10th or so bullet have a reduced powder charge. The bullet will lodge in the barrel and the weapon won't cycle properly, but the likely untrained ISIL fighter won't check the barrel and will cycle the weapon manually. The next shot will cause at a minumum a barrel explosion if not catastrophic receiver failure. |

//recreational massacrists// you mean the armed forces? |

If you 'need' most types of plastic, then you 'need' oil. |

Nice one, [Custard], but the casing will need to be filled with a bulking agent to make sure they're exactly the same mass as a regular round - otherwise they'll just start weighing them. |
|
|
Likewise, toploading some rounds will have similar interesting consequences on poorly-maintained weapons. |
