Bishop Berkeley's fork update

With better technology, the forks can sited on towers, rotating 360 degrees and bringing in more taxes.

And that's it. Short and sweet.

I might try doing the towers and forks, but I am hamfisted at drawing these days. ‎

       Also, [pocmloc], there's a deliberate confusion with Morton's Fork. (Morton was a bishop, as was Berkeley, but Morton was also a tax assessor).

       Thank you, my knowledge of Morton's Fork comes from 1066 and all that, so the only thing I knew about it was that it was long and pointy and used for prodding people. I see now going back to the source that this was to encourage them to hand over their money, but I had forgotten that (obviously not memorable enough. Berkley was not mentioned.
