So its an easy concept. Get any size plastic bottle and cut a small hole in the bottom. Place your finger over the hole and add water. On the top of the bottle cut another small hole for your bowl. When lighting the bowl, remove your finger form the hole in the bottom. When the water rushes out of the bottle, it will pull the smoke down into the bottle, thus giving you an amazing milky hit for any user.

       There are no bongs made special for kids.   

       Or bongs with spillproof lids for special kids.   

       Indeed, there are no bongs for things like this.

       Yawn, widely know to exist in my (somewhat enhazed) youth as a "bucket" - if using all that water gets a bit sloppy, it can be replaced with a plastic bag cellotaped around the base of the plastic bottle, at which point, it becomes known as a "dry bucket" or more colloquially as a "lung".   

       <sanctimonious preaching>But more importantly, drugs are bad, m'kay? Seriously, take it from someone who knows - It's an absolute waste of time; Instead of sitting around experimenting with your brain chemistry, consider orienteering, climbing or something with a physical element, and stretch the boundaries of your mind and your body at the same time. It's good, and you'll feel a lot better for it in the long-run. Also, if you decide to continue with the drug-use, if you later begin to feel depressed, unwell, or unusual - try to remember that there's not necessarily anything wrong with you, fundamentally, as a person - it's just that you are using drugs. Take it easy on them, and before you know it, you'll be back to normal in no time.</sp>
