So its an easy concept. Get any size plastic bottle and cut a small hole in the bottom. Place your finger over the hole and add water. On the top of the bottle cut another small hole for your bowl. When lighting the bowl, remove your finger form the hole in the bottom. When the water rushes out of the bottle, it will pull the smoke down into the bottle, thus giving you an amazing milky hit for any user.
