Good idea, but there seems to be quite a few "wifi walkie talkie" hits on google. |

Walkie Talkie apps would be stand alone, initated apps. |
|

This software, if phone hardware is more unlocked, is an installed subroutine of the dialer and operates before network connection and charges. I would probably limit app users to 2 or 3 quick wifi adhoc pass ons before ringing the big boys. |
