sand embossing playground roller

some playgrounds have sand, park personnel could roll a cylindrical impression maker, make full of pictures and math forms on the sand, causing the park sand to be fun, pretty, and educational

It is a fine idea. I am trying to think of a hybrid pattern roller trash scooper device that would clean trash out of the sane as it printed.

Could the children be rolled into the sand ? The educational part would be the lesson "Stay out of the path of very large, heavy metal rollers".

This information would be firmly impressed (ha ha) on the survivors (if any).

[beanangel] What commercial name would you give the roller, to corner the market?

Grounds keeper Willie can now make more of an educational impression.

Nice idea of using a roller to make images in sand, using embossing process, which is why it already exists - as used here to great effect by the most excellent Eric Staller (see link)

Saw one of them sand mandalas, which was pun-worthy, and predictably it has ended up as a tattoo...linky
