After some heavy rain, go to the garden or footpath and find a suitable puddle. Get down on your hands and knees, purse your lips and with a continuous exhalation - blow a steady stream of bubbles into it.
While you are blowing, look deeply into the puddle and think of something calming like a rainforest
or a new born kitten. Continue this for several minutes as the stress of the world slowly fades from your body and into the puddle.

Now why would you want to put all your stress in to the puddle? What has the puddle ever done to you? It's life is bad enough as it is; walked all over, with a muddy bottom and nothing to look forward to but a damp patch on the ground. And that's if it's lucky. |
