After some heavy rain, go to the garden or footpath and find a suitable puddle. Get down on your hands and knees, purse your lips and with a continuous exhalation - blow a steady stream of bubbles into it.
While you are blowing, look deeply into the puddle and think of something calming like a rainforest
or a new born kitten. Continue this for several minutes as the stress of the world slowly fades from your body and into the puddle.

Damn! My knees are all wet now - these are my best trousers too! |

--or--
Continue this for several minutes until somebody comes stomping through the puddle, drenching you. Overpower, and then drown him in the puddle, as the stress of the world slowly fades from your body and into the puddle. |

Don't cry over spillt milk; instead get down on your hands and knees... |
Won't this be a health risk? The water would be dirty after all? |
Also what do you do during winter when it is quite cold outside? It doesn't sound very pleasent to me ... |

//Also what do you do during winter when it is quite cold outside? It doesn't sound very pleasent to me ...// DO NOT lick the puddle. Use a straw or something. |

Nice one, but nothing beats a good stomp around with a pair of welli...oh, sorry, brodie, didn't see you there. |
Now why would you want to put all your stress in to the puddle? What has the puddle ever done to you? It's life is bad enough as it is; walked all over, with a muddy bottom and nothing to look forward to but a damp patch on the ground. And that's if it's lucky. |

If it's not working for you, remember you need to really blow hard. |

We had a prime minister once that often said something like "puddle bubble". |

Some may prefer sitting in the puddle. |
