recently was on a beach with a bunch of kids and brought a dozen donuts for them to snack on. Unfortunately there were no takers so I ended up breaking them into small pieces and throwing them at a distance and watched the seagulls rush to grab it. Then I started throwing the pieces up in the air and was amazed at the speed and accuracy of their maneuvering in the air and fighting with other seagulls; all for a piece of donut. Not a single piece of donut fell on the ground but my arms started aching by trying to throw the piece higher each time

Wish I had a nerf gun customized to load and shoot food stuff instead of loading those foam darts...if its too windy the pop corn you shoot in the air might end up in your mouth...wait... seagulls are skillful enough to grab it sooner than that

       Don't feed the shithawks!   

       That said. I once spent a summer on a long line salmon fishing boat and the first mate and I were so stir-crazy but the end of three months at sea that the daily game became; store fish guts in one checker and fish heads in the other to see who could peg more seagulls than the other guy when the guts got tossed overboard.   

       Although in my falconry fantasies (insufficient time and space for a mews) I have considered capturing a seagull and training it to steal sandwiches from children.   

       Since they do that already anyway.
