A somewhat infamous club in Stirling, Scotland, that I have blissfully never went to. In that respect it is kind of like "Clatty Pat's" (which is the colloquial name for "Cleopatra's" in Glasgow).

       2 fries - yes, for the one you're talking about, but "foo bar" as general example words (particularly in programming language examples as variable, sub-routine or function names) has a much more complex etymology. see link.
