Allow people to record a short sentence describing briefly why they voted for who they did.
Hey, it'd be interesting.
Additional: This could actually be used as a sort of makeshift democracy. Referendums inconvenience people, but if so many people voted for X because he plans Y, then that could
be used to decide what gets funded more.
