Imagine: No more leashes and crating your dog. Put the velcro suit on once, and *POOF* you have yourself a stationary dog. All you need to do is pick it up and stick it to a velcro wall. When the neighbor's come over theres no more peeing on their leg, though they might get some on the head if you
place your velcro wall in the wrong place; over the couch. Sure it will bark, but put a velcro muzzle on him and you get rid of that problem too. This solves many problems, including the mailman running away and not delivering that all-important package containing that velcro-wife suit you've been waiting for. That's all I can say for now, Satan, also known as my sister came up with this idea.

Velcro Man will always be second place to Double-sided Adhesive Tape man. |

what is the maximum weightload for velcro? in theory, I can see this working for hamsters or budgies but not dogs. I don't like it much though... |
Reminds me of the epiphany I had standing in line at Sainsbury's one evening: If only patrons could hook their babies to an automated velcro wall for safe-keeping till the groceries were got... |
... if only we could get a velcro holding wall for these college/high school students until their Spring break is over. |
we *did* babies before, I am sure, |
Actually, po hook-and-loop's capacity for weight can be pretty great. I know the knee-sliders that attach to my leathers via hook-and-loop take a screwdriver to detach ... |
Oh, and "Velcro" is a trademarked name for hook-and-loop securing systems. And just who are you anyway? "Velcro Man", or his growth-stunted son "Velcro Guy?" |

I've read it three times, and it makes as much sense as a George Bush speech. |
You spent the effort to read this three times? You clearly need more to do. |
I only read it twice, but I felt less embarassed than I do when George talks. |
I only read the instructions as far as "Put the velcro suit on once" before ending up stuck to the wall all night. Darn it. Can I borrow your screwdriver please [fort]? |
I am sure my velcro is not as binding as Fort's. perhaps there should be a scale of stickiness for different velcros. |
Sure thing, [Fishrat], but I'm running kinda low on vodka. |
If you made the wall out of the "hook" part of the velcro, and your dog had curly hair you wouldn't need to put it in a suit. |
As a college student, PLEASE lemme know where that wall with everyone else on it is! |
last i checked, branded velcro can hold up
a weight of 1000 pounds with a patch of 6
square inches. the adhesive backing can't
do that, but there are other ways for
attaching the velcro to things like your
dog. |
