       My 24 year old Norelco Electric Razor never drops any clippings that I'm aware of until I dump them out. It doesn't have anything that looks like a vacuum at first glance, but if you look at the blade units that spin around, the shape is not too dissimilar from a squirrel cage fan.

       That Vaccum Beard Trimmer is still not an electric razor. Many people don't want to sport the light-stubble look, and want to be fully shaved. A beard trimmer will only bring you down to light stubble, and won't genuinely shave you.
