Device will accept water and flour (eg. corn flour) as input, and proceeds to mix them into a dough, and then passes that dough through hot rolling pins to produce the flattened cooked tortilla layer, which then gets seasoned and cut into triangular chips.

You will never need to buy tortilla chips again - just supply the water, the flour, and the seasoning (eg. cheese powder). Given how much Doritos cost these days, this device should pay for itself rather quickly.

Tortilla making machines already exist but not in the form of either a vending machine or a small domestic appliance. I'm going to suggest as a helpful modification that they stamp an impression of your face unto them, or generate hand shaped tortillas, with fold over fingers.

Why make them flat? Sierpinski's pyramid would have all kinds of surface area for spices, and wouldn't actually use any dough, so zero calories!

A pair of hot rollers could allow for a continuous flow process. A clamshell press would mean a batch process, but it could allow extra finishing move of one-sided griddle fry to warp and curve the chips for a more natural look.

But imagine being able to experiment with your favorite flavor variations like Hot & Spicy, Cool Ranch, etc. You might be able to come up with your own custom favorites.
