For those cases where your car is in the wrong lane for passing out a dollar bill (not worth the paper its printed on anymore, is it) to the person on the corner with the cardboard sign telling the truth about the current economy and why the family can't afford food. It is retractable, as well as break-away
for those cases when the bicyclist doesn't see it extended across the lane.
