An energy drink / bar for swimmers that not only gives you energy, but also makes your skin secrete a glycerine-like lubricant so you can cut through the water faster.

Need some elaboration on this mechanism. eg. how?

Sometimes when I eat spicy foods I begin to sweat really hard. I suppose that the food would cause this reaction, but I don't know how it would cause the lubricant to leave your skin so quickly. As you can see this is still in the formative stages.

A glycerine-like lubricant - if you mean the oil that makes greasy hair greasy and bald pates shine, we already make that stuff, so this doesn't sound totally impossible.
