Once you've decided which costume you would like to vend. Insert your spare cash into this roadside vending machine.

Insert code,i.e.: The Hulk-green button, Batman-black button, Robin, you get the gist, cape etc, etc.

Remove costume from drop tray, unwrap and find somewhere appropriate to don your new Superhero attire.

Put them in phone boxes and add a high speed turntable and bread will be yours my good man.

       Turntables for DJ superheros?

       Phonograph Man?
skinflaps, Feb 25 2005

A big turn table on the floor to spin them when they change.
etherman, Feb 25 2005

heh. "Nauseated Man" gets my vote. [+]

(heh) The vision of having one foot firmly placed onto the vending machine, then you tug the costume and all of its appropriate equipment from the bottom drop down drawer.
skinflaps, Feb 26 2005

I really don't much like any of the women superheros, so could you possibly slip a Minney Mouse costume in, for the ladies? Love the visuals.+

       Linky bliss, C'mon.

       Judogirl!
skinflaps, Feb 26 2005

Oooh, I like this idea. I'm just wondering how much spare change I'll need to be carting around with me. Also, are they one size fits most or what? What if they don't have my size or if the cape gets stuck in the slot? I mean, if I put thirty-two smackers in quarters in that machine I really want my Storm costume.

That judo person scares me. Her boobs alone could kill. Yikes!
blissmiss, Feb 26 2005

That's not a girl, [bliss]. Those are Man Hands... *shudder*
k_sra, Feb 26 2005

       Weirdly good. Why? I don't know. +

Can you give me psycho chicks phonenumber? bun
zeno, Feb 26 2005

I'm with you on the Judogirl [flaps], but of course, I'm going to patent it before any wannabe swipes it off've me!

[later] Does the phonebooth/vending maching give out toxic radiation so as to give you superpowers, or do you have to go hanging round the nuclear plant on your own?
froglet, Feb 26 2005

So *this* is how they stay looking clean and fresh after a toxic acid-bath in a burning chemical factory, and the primary reason the villain always gets away, (while the superhero is changing).

Conveniently located next to the phone booth.
RayfordSteele, Feb 26 2005

I've been eyeing the Wonder Woman loungewear set (camisole and briefs) at my local novelty gift shop, but I think I'd prefer to buy it from a vending machine. There's just something so cool about buying stuff from vending machines (except when it eats up my money and doesn't give me what I want.) And I agree with everyone else--next to a phone booth.

what etherman said - its great to make an entrance.

//Crazybunnyboilingbitchgirl costume // Any particular colour?

I love this idea. I wish I had the spare time and money to actually set this up and videotape people's reactions. I completely agree that it should be attached to a phone booth!
KEVLEX, Apr 03 2006

A bun for the idea, but we don't have phone booths around here anymore, so where to change will be a challenge...<in my car, never stopped me before>
