Take a refrigerated, sonicating water bath, slap a Starfrit logo on it, pour in some marinade, and place a slab of meat in for an hour. The sonic pulses serve to tenderize the meat, allowing the marinade to perfuse into the tissue faster.

Alternaively, one way would be to have many very thin holes in the meat.

A system of trained hedgehogs using a small trampoline would do the trick.

Is "alternaively" a different way to be innocent?

But to the original idea, interesting. I wonder if the sonication would make a difference?

Yes, I liked it, so I left it in. I'm taking it as "being too naive to consider alternatives", but it's up to you.

" If you vacuum seal in a bag you can do chilled tenderising followed by cooking in high temp water bath. "

I'm eager to try this - I'll take a hot bath tonight.

I think [normzone] knows what he's talking about. :)
