I am told that it's pretty darn tough to give up smoking. The thing of it is, I got to thinking, if you never had any tobacco products then you couldn't smoke. So my solution is as such: at all tobaccanists place some form of exuberant and colourful distraction so the smoker completely forgets about
their need for the weed. Suggestions would be circus acts, multi-coloured spinning isometric shapes or a small, contained firework display. Hopefully the target audience will be so enthralled by these things that their thoughts will remain on them until it is too late or inconvenient to buy cigarettes or other tobacco product.

Understatement of the year.. *whew* I think I got away with it. |

Usually distractions becomes less distracting when pining for a cigarette (so I'm told)... could help with those wanting to give up however. |

I was about to buy some fags when I was distracted by the giant pile of fish above. |

I don't think it will impress the smoker enough. But a large, uncontrollable firework display will have them running so fast they'll even forget why they wanted cigarettes. But that's even more work then there already has to be done. Still, I think it needs some fine-tuning. I'll be neutral. |

Hmm, it would probably cost less too. |

Any smoker knows that it is NEVER too
late or inconvenient to buy cigarettes.

I hear Pavlov tried to distract his dog with a bell every time he felt like eating. |
