Many if not most food trucks take electronic payments on tablet computers. This leads to the the awkward spectacle of the food truck cashier reaching out the window holding the tablet so the customer can enter their credentials.
Just watching it makes my arms tired and I don't have to do it dozens
of times an hour!
The Scissor Tablet Presenter is a scissor-action tablet holder that when retracted, holds the payment tablet so the truck cashier can enter information. When extended (using an aircraft-throttle like handle), the Presenter flips the tablet over and extends it out the window on a scissor arm so it is in convenient reach of the customer. When the transaction is complete, pulling back on the handle reverses the motion bringing the tablet back inside the truck to face the cashier.

This sounds very like the sort of device that Wyle E. Coyote would order from Acme Products Corp. and that would malfunction spectacularly on first use (but if course not when tested beforehand). |

Does the waiter not simply bring the bill to the table? |

No, [MB], that would be very gauche. One's host's staff deals with staff salaries in the privacy of their own offices. |

And the tablet should use its speaker to say "BOING!!!!" |

(waiting for "Rock Tablet Presenter" and "Paper
Tablet Presenter) |
