If your schedule was a number that you can share and everything links together perfectly.

I was at a government office and I overheard a conversation regarding negotiating a schedule.

I just thought, wouldn't it be easier to just share a single number and then that connects the schedules together?

There's websites where you see a calendar view but these are shared by URL and codes.

What if you have a permanent number like a phone number? Or better yet, use your phone number as the schedule number input?

It would be similar to doodle or all those scheduling apps but it would be a single number that you dial or copy or paste.

You could share a number and everything would just work.

A file listing all marked-out times. The first empty space is selected. Although that presupposes all appointments and reserved times are in all calendars and all parties actually want to meet.
