A device (maybe built into a cell-phone; why not, everything else is...) which monitors conversations and alerts the wearer to the possibility of embarrassing repetition. You know, the way some people, well, you know, use the same you know phrases again and again, without ever, you know, noticing.

This is like, literally one of the most useful ideas I've seen lately, you know what I'm sayin?"
