Sometimes after coming back to the bakery after a while without visit (shudder), one may have missed a few great ideas, which accumalated huge bunnage in a few days, then dropped off of overview.
A list of the top ten ideas that recieved the most croissants in the last week, counting only the
croissants recieved in the last week. I can't figure out how to do this with "Edit"

Yes, I know doesnt actually work in the hb, it's only for emphasis. |

Oh, I thought the tags were there to make the text harder to read. |

I've never seen the database, but since the interface knows which ideas I've voted on and votes disappear when accounts disappear, it's conceivable that the vote dates are stored somewhere. |

Can't this just be done with a view? E.g. find ideas created after x, sort by bun count, view 10 best. |

I thought he was specifically after voting activity by date. If [Dub]'s right, that's easier. |

//that recieved the most croissants in the last week//
Ah, missed that bit. |
|
|
Pretty sure you can still do that. |

Close but no cigar [shapu]. That is only the last 3 days worth of posted popular ideas. For example, a pre-crash idea that lost all its votes could surface and gain a slew of votes but wouldn't show up on your view. This would require, as [half] said, filtering on the date that the votes were made, which is currently impossible using views. |

Ahhhh...Now I understand. Yeah, you can't currently find votes cast in a particular time frame. |

//I thought he was specifically after voting activity by date.// Precisely. Number of votes in a time frame. |
