This list would contain the ten ideas which have gotten the most votes, both positive and negative. These ideas are usually the ones which have generated the most controversy on the HalfBakery, and would make for an interesting list. It might also need a filter which keeps top 10/worst 10 ideas from
making it onto the list, or an algorithm which also incorporates the net vote. This way, ideas in which have a large number of votes, but either all for or all against it (The ones which aren't being heavily debated) wouldn't make the list.
Most debated 10

Perhaps your idea would be better implemented as a top 10 most annotated. Still, it'll never fly. |
|
|
Perhaps "most" is misleading. However, while it is not true that debated ideas will always generate a lot of votes, ideas which generate a lot of votes tend to be highly debated. |

I think the 10 most annoted isn't a bad idea |

Why not have voting on annotations, then we could have the idea with the biggest annotation score? (Note to [jutta]: this is just a joke.) |

|
As far as voting is concerned: I've been making it a point to hit three or four ideas by random and at least *try* to vote on them. Aside from a few ideas about which I truly feel neutral, it is my goal to vote on every idea. |

I would say that this is baked now anyway, since Jutta put in the filters you should be able to do this on your own. |

This can be done by playing with the settings on the best/edit page? |
