Every week, the HB idea which has gone the
longest without being viewed by any user gets
automatically churned into "recent".

Of the 50,000 ideas on this site 49,000 are crap, but I read the Title as "Geriatric Afterburner" so [+]. |

Why haven't you posted that yet? |

TRULY- I just had this idea last night!! I was going to call it Auto-Churner. Yours is better. [+] |

We know, we know. Look, it's time you knew
we've been sneaking into your mind from
time to time and having a rummage for
anything useful or interesting. And it's been
surprisingly entertaining. |

Don't feel too bad about this, but sorry, you're
not worth Assimilating

I think autochurning is a great idea. I like to read random HB ideas, but don't really annotate old ideas. Additionally, I dislike seeing the HB with empty categories, but don't take it upon myself to churn old ideas into the main index. The solution seems to be to automatically churn ideas into the main index, however that could be misleading because there has been no new activity on those ideas to justify being on the main page. Therefore, the churnbot should be introduced into the halfbakery. The churnbot will have the username [churnbot] and annotate a short message on ideas selected by {8thof7] methodology. It will become a humorous gag to interact and taunt the churnbot, although the churnbot will be incapable of response. |

There are empty categories!?! How can that be? |
|
|
Noooo, there can't. Find me one! |

The food category was empty until lienypoo13 posted taco clips. |

[+] It's not "lie"nypoo13, but I get it. Hurts man. I've only had one idea ever fall like a brick, no votes, nothing. It was literally the most practical idea in the list. |

Mowermate. Looks like someone else gave it a vote sometime within the last three years. |
