Have you done some stuff that requires lots of space? I try to do some fitness and I hit my arms on the lamp sometimes. If I had a hook next to the lamp, I could attach the lamp on it. Then I could do my stuff freely.

Physicians often suggest light exercise, but it's the photons I worry about.

Small area, objects speeding at 299,792,458 m/s - it's a recipe for disaster.

If you make the light a heavy enough object, climbing up and struggling with it to get it unto the hook will be the exercise, followed by a short rest, then a repetition to remove it as the cool down.

Ugh, dangly lights. Come to the 21st Century; we have flush- mount LEDs and other such stuff, that don't take up much space at all.

Increase the air pressure in the room while excercising. Not only does it enhance your performance, but the ceiling and walls will bulge outwards, affording you more space.
