A cunning idea, flawed only by its infringement on the law: a simple self-adhesive sticker with the words 'Police Aware' on it ( as seen on abandoned vehicles) that sticks onto your car window and thus allows you to park anywhere you like. No car park spaces? Park up a verge/in a housing estate/on the
roof. It is unlikely that anyone will ask any questions, as the sticker will imply that the police already know. Genius.
