One way or another, all toilets eventually get clogged, and need to be plunged. And, inevitably, when applying plunger to toilet, some water gets pushed/splashed over the rim, and onto one's shoes.
I propose shaping the inner surface of the toilet in such a way that the bottom surface of the plunger
makes a perfect seal with it. This would ensure that all the water being pushed by the plunger goes down the drain, not up the sides.
