This is a block of bird food - probably just birdseed, bonded with a little fat
and red dye, shaped like a specific human's head, and painted with
non-toxic colourings to closely resemble said human.
They can be minature, or life size*.

*For best results, we suggest the sturdy, re-useable** Tudor pike,
lovingly modelled on an actual Yeoman Warder's pike from the
Tower of London, and manufactured under appalling conditions by
child slave-labour, but in a hot country far away, so that's all right,
isn't it ?
** The pike can be used for displaying an actual detached human
head, should you be fortunate enough to obtain one.

The problem with this is that, on a real human head, the eyes go first because they're the easiest and mushiest. If the head is a solid block of birdfood, birds will just peck the most sticky-outy bits first. Quite soon, what you'll have is a sort of potato-on-a-stick effect. |

What's needed, methinks, is actually a plastic head into which two fat-balls (of the sort readily available for bird tables) can be inserted where the eyes would normally be. |

Too dark. Having a empathy smidgen, I wouldn't wish this on
