A site where people have converted their recordings (It may only be one, as this is all they have the money for) in to a music file (such as MP3), and uploads them for review. Maybe tewnty are chosen, and each band gets a part of the profits, letting their career flourish.
Obviously not all could
get on, and there would have to be moderators overseeing it. They would then get in contact with the ones they like the best, and get the original recording, or re-record it.
