There are some hand cranked food processors out there, but none of them really have good output, or take too much energy to get the desired results. So a base, with a hand crank or some form of energy input, string etc that has a flywheel to stabilize the input energy, and you can put your blender or
food processor on it. The advantage is that you can gear the output to get different speeds of work from the same input, which is also erratic.
