So we have the summer olympics for the athletes, and the winter olympics for the nutters...

How about the indoor olympics for the lazy?

Stuff like cards, darts, pool, video games etc...

Would the IIOC recognize halfbaking as a sport?

Finally pinball, the sport of the gods, will be recognized!

I mean some kind of official event, organised every four years, with set out events and rules.

Not sure exactly which sports to include, pinball is a good one though.

Some of the indoor "sports" you're proposing aren't really related with somebody being really good at them. Who wins games like cards, dominoes and pool is related with chance more than a personal aptitude. I think this is lame. I'd go for a gamecube tournament though, I love it.

Pool - Chance? Get away... So what if a bit of luck is required. You need luck in all sports.

If pool isn't a game of skill then I don't know what is.
