I'm bunning this as I haven't really got my head around rss yet but I've always wanted this - the mac rss screensaver doesn't really work well with the hb. I wouldn't be surprised if someone points out that this can be easily achieved already with this/that rss reader that you can download from here/there. |

Ah - slightly baked round the edges then - didn't realise there already existing RSS screensavers; this idea obviously would feature more pirates, Stirling Engines and Bacon-based products though. :) |

We have the mac rss screensaver
(pointed at BBC News) on all 16 plasmas
at work when they aren't doing anything
else. I have on occasion pointed it at
the hb, but I can only persuade it to
display the idea titles. If I could get it
to display the idea bodies as well it
would make a lot more sense (or
nonsense). |
