I'm tired of hearing screeeeech.. then metal being wrenched and thrown about and then sirens from police and ambulances. With a fuzzy bumper the sound of the collision would be muffled (hair muffles sound) and if it was big enough, the fuzzy bumper could even reduce the damage of the wreck. I can see
it now, cars with afros, cars with dreads, cars with weaves, some with chia power...
Car bra...
http://www.carbras....fectfit/carbras.htm Not as interesting as you had hoped I imagine. [baron555, Oct 21 2002, last modified Oct 04 2004]
The Grass Car

I had to croissant this based on the image of a chia bumper alone. |

Cars have bras? Tell me more. |
Thanks baron, was gonna put the link up, but, you know, work calls and all that. |
Thanks for the link. I can't say I'm not disappointed. Like the idea of car afros, though. |

Why stop at the bumper, do the whole friggin' thing...[Link] |

You could you travel by rolling along in an enormous hairball. |
It should all be done using springs. That adds the required element of comedy, I believe. Screeeechhh .... boinnngggg. |
Also, what the h is a car bra? I've read that linked site twice and I'm none the wiser. |
[PeterSilly] it's the black bit. |
[barnzenen] have you tried the Brilliant Industries La La La I'm Not Listening hat? Make the world go away. |
Hair is not neccessarily soft. Ask any Land Rover that's been on the receiving end of a rhino charge. (Thadump thadump thadump, then metal being wrenched and thrown about). |

[egbert] - I worked that out! Is it some kind of bumper/fender enhancer, or does it attempt to improve the appearance of the front of the car by adding, um, cleavage? Or does it simply stop the sensitive bits on the front of the car from getting overly irritated? I'll stop there, I think. |
Actually, I believe that its to protect the front of your car from nicks and scratches that you might get while driving. |
The only thing is, if leave the "bra" on your car for a while and then take it off, you end up with two different shades of paint. |
Would be a heck to clean though, and when it rains...
But I would still like to see all of the crazy idea people come up with. Lepord fur, giant mold colonies :P . But the only problem I see is air drag. You get a plus. |
