Included with the newest version of Acme photo editing software will be a fat reduction filter. To use it, simply select a rectangular region including a person's figure that you would like to be thinner. Then go to the Image menu, choose "Effects", then "Fat Reduction..."
In the resulting dialog
box, click the appropriate button for whether the subject is Male or Female. Enter the subject's weight in the Actual Weight field (an approximation is okay). Enter the percent reduction in the "Reduce Weight By" field. Most "looking too fat" problems are eliminated by choosing a value of 5-15%. Reductions over 20% may cause undesirable distortions.
The Fat Reduction filter analyzes the selected region of the photo in order to locate the hips, waistline, breasts, stomach, etc. of the subject; then compresses and unpuffs the area to undo the "extra 10 pounds" that the proverbial camera is said to add. The thigh and neck areas are rescaled to smoothly join up with the newly slimmed body.

Hey - leave the breasts alone! |
|
|
Cool... maybe small breasted women would like to use the opposite effect. If the software includes it, obviously. |

Poser modeling suite was capable of that, but not in the "insert picture here" kind of way. Start out with a model, and augment as you see fit. Good for a kick, but I just export them into 3DSMAX and render with that. |

Here, this man echoes dobtabulous. |

Ummm... can we design something for reducing fat in real life? |

I agree with [dobtabulous]- leave the breasts alone! |
