Fart Combustion

 Draw on methane in the colon to run a fuel cell.

Let's face it. Your colon is full of bacteria, that are producing gas. It's going to come out sooner or later. There's a lot of energy stored in it, which is why you can ignite an "eruption" of this gas if you have the mind. (The "mind" is usually created by the consumption of alcohol, but we digress.) This energy need not go to waste. It could be removed, via a small implant of some sort or perhaps (for more stoic folks) through a rectal probe. This energy can then run a fuel cell or small internal combustion engine, providing energy that can be used for a multitude of tasks. As an added bonus, you probably won't have much gas left with which to "impress" your fellow man.
