Extreme Pantaloon Skirt

Like JNCOs but with tight calf leggings

So these extreme pantaloons would have a tight waist, extremely baggy thighs and then get really tight below the knee so that the thigh part, which could be twice as long as regular pants, would fall over the knees like big shorts, so that the bottoms of the pants would just look like a pair of leggings you were wearing under the pants. Or maybe it would look like you were wearing pants under a big skirt.

Mr Creosote really wanted to lose weight. He had bought the EPs but Beaufort had not called with any certainty, for the walks he had planned.

That is an insightful annotation, [wjt], but unfortunately not in this context.

If you really want to join the Mounties all you need to do is ask eh.

Take this evolution to the natural extreme: the baggy is at the waistband and appears to be a skirt! The benefit of this setup… yes, the benefit… give me a second here….
