Solving the puzzle may or may not involve physical
activity
-- the main goal is that it would be sufficiently
challenging
that you wouldn't be able to eat at will, and perhaps
graduated per number of daily meals.

I think the problem with fat people (and I number myself
amongst them, at least at an amateur level) is that they
actually like eating. So, asking them to voluntarily install a
system that will limit their access to food is unlikely to be a
