Duplicated idea counter

Like in bug tracking and in fora, but with statistics

Instead of ridiculing duplicated ideas, just mark them as duplicate. In the main page show the number of duplications.

Others can mark your idea as duplicate.

The owner of the idea can change the sign to "Similar" rather than duplicate.
