It obviously wouldn't be incredibly accurate, but I'm sure
different breeds have different barks enough to be able to at
least get a list of dogs making that particular bark.
It could certainly discern a great dane from a poodle, but
how accurate might it get beyond that seeing that millions
of
people would be updating the database daily? They record a
labradoodle bark, upload it labeled as such.
