Actually, as far as I'm aware (and, I should be clear, I'm not exactly well informed here) "pillow" or "pillowing" is actually used as a verb in some cultures as a polite way of saying "have sex". As in "they pillowed" etc. |

Certainly that's been the vernacular in at least one novel I have read. Although I can't remember if it was of the James Clavell variety, or somehting rather more low brow. |
